If your phone’s wifi is showing a connection to the camera but you continue to receive a message in the Pixellot Control app “Failed to connect to the camera”, try turning off your LTE/Cellular Data in the Pixellot Control app settings.
To do this, go into your phone’s settings, find the Pixellot Control app, find the “Cellular Data” option and turn it off. Try reconnecting the Pixellot Control app to the camera.
If you are able to connect, you don’t need to leave the LTE/Cellular Data off for the entire event. You may turn your LTE/Cellular Data back on and use your phone accordingly. When you need to reconnect to the app, you will need to repeat the steps above.
