I have connected my Air camera to the network, with a cable, but the network connectivity LED does not turn blue
- Verify you connected the device to an available network port. It is not intended to be connected to your computer’s network port.
- Connected one side of the ethernet cable firmly to the device’s ethernet port, verify you hear a “click”, indicating that the cable is fully inserted. Make sure that the other side of the cable is connected to your home/office wall network port, or directly connected to your router.
