Yes, you may pause your subscription at any time while on a monthly subscription plan. Pausing a subscription does not apply to an annual subscription plan, since it’s a prepayment for the entire year (12 months) upfront.
To pause a monthly subscription:
- Go to your Pixellot You account here and log in
- Select “Manage Plans” in the left column
- Then select “Pause Plan”
- You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. You can start the subscription again at any time.
