Games may not be uploaded when there is an issue with your internet connection. Please make sure your camera is turned on and the blue LED light is showing. This light indicates that you are connected to the internet.
If you don’t see a blue LED light, restart your home/office modem: this usually fixes most connection issues.
If you still can’t see a blue LED light, follow these steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Control app
- Turn off your Air camera
- Disconnect the Ethernet cord from the camera
- Connect the Ethernet cord back into your Air camera’s Ethernet port
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cord into the internet port on your router
- Turn on the Air camera
- Wait for the green LED light to come up, then wait another minute for the blue LED light to show up

Slow internet speeds can be caused by a number of things. You can generally fix a slow internet connection if the issue is on your end. A simple restart of your modem and your router (or all-in-one wireless gateway) can sometimes speed up your connection. But your slow speeds may also be the result of problems on your provider’s end.
Here are some great tips on what can help you fix it:
Check Bandwidth You can check your bandwidth using a free, online speed test such as https://www.speedtest.net/ . An upload speed of 5/Mbps is the minimum you need to be able to upload 2 hours of footage within 3-5 hours. Less than 5/Mbps will take a long time.
Avoid Overloading Your Router: If there are multiple devices (from other individuals) joined to your router or hotspot, try to avoid video streaming services (e.g. Netflix, YouTube TV, etc.) which will negatively effect your bandwidth.
Upgrade Your Internet Plan: Consider switching to a higher plan of 100Mbps to 1Gbps with a bigger data cap. An upgraded internet plan can support more devices on a shared bandwidth without significantly bringing down the upload speed.
If this issue persists, please reach our Support team via you.support@pixellot.tv.
It may take up to 4-6 hours to process the uploaded game. You will get email and app notifications once the game is ready to watch.

Was your test footage filmed at a field or court? If not, the video might have been rejected. Our technology requires the camera to be set up at mid-field or court in order to process the footage. Our Support team sends a notification confirming we have received your test event and approved it if all went well.
Make sure you enter the event details. After completing this action, you will have the ability to upload.
If the camera is not turned off (that is, it’s working on a battery or other power supply), it will try to resume the upload once the network connection is restored. Make sure that you restore the power connection to the camera once the power has returned so it is connected to the power supply while uploading.
I left my camera to upload; how do I know when the upload is completed?
Launch the Pixellot Control app, connect to the camera and view the event’s upload status in the events list. After the uploading process has been completed, the footage still needs to be processed by our AI technology.
Uploading time depends on your upstream internet bandwidth. At 20Mbps upstream, an hour game will take an hour to upload. To speed up upload time in low internet bandwidth locations, you can change the recording settings to lower quality before recording a game.
